Shipping policy

At LeadWithLove, we understand how important your order is to you and your pet. This shipping policy explains how we process, package, and deliver your order, how delivery fees are calculated, and what steps to take if something goes wrong.

 


 

Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery.

 


 

How Delivery Fees Are Calculated

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the following:

  • Your postal code

  • The total weight of your order

We compare the actual weight and the volumetric (dimensional) weight of the shipment and use the greater of the two to determine the cost. The system also considers how far your delivery address is from our warehouse and how many parcels your order requires.

Note: Shipping fees are calculated after all coupons and discounts have been applied.

 


 

Our Delivery Process

All products are shipped from our warehouse in Gauteng using carefully vetted third-party courier services. Our delivery process works as follows:

  1. We handmake your product.

  2. Your order is carefully packed.

  3. Parcels are logged with the courier service.

  4. The courier delivers the parcel to the address you provided during checkout.

Please provide clear delivery instructions if there are access restrictions or preferred delivery times.


 

Packaging and Multiple Parcels

If your order exceeds the weight or size limit for a single parcel, we will divide it into multiple packages. All parcels will be shipped and delivered at the same time.

Please check your delivery carefully to ensure that all parts of your order have been received.

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While we take great care in packaging your order, LeadWithLove cannot guarantee the condition of parcels during transit due to the use of third-party couriers. In the unlikely event that your parcel is damaged or the contents are incorrect, follow these steps:

  1. Endorse the waybill and note any visible damage upon delivery.

  2. Visit our Contact Us page to report the issue.

  3. We will replace any damaged or incorrect items at no extra cost.

Important: Do not use the damaged product if you plan to return it, as this may void the replacement process.
